Take a Moment: A Workshop to Improve Your Wellbeing

With all that’s going on, many of us have fallen away from ourselves. We’ve become so focused on what’s going on outside, that we may have lost touch with what’s going on inside. During this free workshop led by Sharen Barboza, PhD, we will focus on overall wellbeing. Together, we will use the strength of curiosity to see ourselves in this moment and take small, but positive steps toward becoming our best selves. Through writing, engaging and being present, you will walk away feeling a little more grounded and a little more hopeful. Event will be outside in the library’s parking lot. Participants are expected to wear a mask and maintain physical distance. Space is limited; contact the library to sign up. Rain date: Wednesday, Sept. 16 at 6:30 p.m.
