It will be interesting to hear about 1968. It was a year where alot happened. I am sure I will listen to what that year was all about. The people and events that were part of that year in general. The assassinations of both Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and United States Senator Robert F. Kennedy, Nixon getting elected as our 37th President of the United States only to resign six years later. The Beatles released “Lady Madonna” and “Hey Jude”. The Beatles released the White Album that year and started their own record label Apple that year. Truly, an amazing year with what happened that year in general especially the war in Viet Nam and President Lyndon Johnson telling the American people that he would not run for a second term as President of the United States due to the war that was happening in Southeastern Asia. It was a year that saw lots of change in our country and the world.
