Curated Calm: Evening Yoga With Kristy Caruso

Wind down with gentle yoga poses, enhanced breathing and simple movements that stretch, strengthen and awaken every corner of the body/mind. No yoga experience is necessary and all levels of practice can benefit from the restorative nature of Kristy’s teaching. Bring a mat and a folded blanket/little pillow.
